## Terms Of Service Last updated on January 6, 2026 ## Article 1. Purpose These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between Parc (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “We”) and users (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Member”) in connection with the use of the 2-b.ai service (the “Service”) provided by the Company. ## Article 2. Definitions 1. **“Service”** means the web-based software service operated under the name “2-b.ai,” including related features, integrations, and updates. 2. **“Member”** means an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service through a valid Google account. 3. **“Content”** means text or information created, submitted, or stored by a Member through the Service, including to-do items and task-related data. Terms not defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with common commercial practices and applicable laws. ## Article 3. Acceptance and Changes to the Terms 1. By accessing or using the Service, the Member agrees to be bound by these Terms. 2. The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. 3. If the Company makes material changes to these Terms, it will notify Members at least 7 days in advance through the Service or by email. If changes are materially adverse to Members, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance. 4. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ## Article 4. Account Registration and Google Sign-In 1. The Service is available only through Google OAuth authentication. Members must sign in using a valid Google account. 2. The Company does not issue, manage, or store passwords for the Service. 3. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google account credentials. 4. The Company may suspend or restrict access if it reasonably believes an account is being misused or accessed without authorization. ## Article 5. Use of the Service 1. The Company grants the Member a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. 2. The Service is provided for personal or internal business productivity purposes only. 3. The Company may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service for operational or technical reasons. ## Article 6. Prohibited Conduct Members shall not: - Provide false or misleading information - Impersonate another person or entity - Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service - Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service - Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes - Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties ## Article 7. Third-Party Services and Integrations 1. The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. 2. The Company accesses such services only to the extent necessary to provide the intended functionality. 3. The Company is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. ## Article 8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds 1. **Payment Processing** Payments for paid plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as a Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy where required. 2. **Subscriptions** Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 3. **Refunds** Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at the Company’s discretion. Members may request a refund by contacting [support@2-b.ai](mailto:support@2-b.ai) or through the Company’s official Discord community. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted where reasonable or required by applicable law. ## Article 9. Member Content 1. Members retain ownership of their Content. 2. Members grant the Company a limited license to use, host, and process Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service. 3. The Company does not claim ownership of Member Content and does not use such Content for advertising purposes. ## Article 10. Suspension and Termination 1. Members may terminate their use of the Service at any time. 2. The Company may suspend or terminate access if a Member violates these Terms or applicable laws. 3. Upon termination, access to the Service will be discontinued, and Content may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. ## Article 11. Service Availability and Disclaimer 1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. 3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. ## Article 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. ## Article 13. Indemnification Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Service or violation of these Terms. ## Article 14. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company. These Terms do not grant Members any ownership rights in the Service. ## Article 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea. ## Article 16.
